Covid-19 amendments to our 2020 Programme

Due to the uncertainties of Covid-19 we won’t be holding our meetings, or social events, such as ‘Whatever the Weather’, for some time. However, until Government advice changes, club meetings will be held via Zoom. Members will be given the appropriate Zoom meeting link closer to the date of each ‘virtual’ meeting.

March 12thth Visiting Speaker Jean Walker “My Race to The North Pole” 

 April  9th   Visiting Speakers  Peter Cheetham  Hon PAGB & Carol Cheetham  CPAGB APAGB “More Together”  – Peter’s Monochrome and Carol’s Colour prints                               

May 14th – 1   Handing in for exhibition   (start at 7 – doors open at 6 30) Theme – “Whatever the weather a truly British obsession” 2  Roger Moore  ARPS   – “Blue and Gold”                                

June 11thJudging  2020  exhibition entries. Judge:   Christine Hodgson BA (Phot) ARPS. CPAGB.

August 13th     Visiting Speaker Martin Addison FRPS – “looking outside the frame” (how not to take competition winners!)

September 10th  Visiting Speaker  Oram  CPAGB. AFIAP. BPE3 Zoom meeting   – “Out of Town” – Part 2. – An informal print evening themed on landscapes and creative photography.                                        

October 8th – Beat The Clock 8 members show their images within a 10 minute time-frame.

November 12th Visiting Speaker, Karen Frenkel – A new talk to include some of Karen’s wilder coastal and mountain photography of Britain.

December 10th – Christmas Meal Castleton Village Hall – subject to Government Covid19 guidelines. Details TBC in response to Covid19 guidance.
